After winning Grammy credits for Break My Soul and Renaissance, producer Blaqnmild and songwriter Devious turn up the heat in New Orleans with a flurry of new artist releases including Treety, Subtweet Shawn, Maxminelli, Highest Frequencies (Allay Earhart, Paco Troxclair, award-winning songwriter S-8ighty, and Curstin Kay), DeeDay, Jazzysonola, and Master P’s daughter Niq also known as Cymphonique Miller.

On one side of the genre, Devious strengthens cultural unity with regional smash collaboration featuring Baton Rouge legend Maxminelli. Flagship producer DeeDay who is a main producer and songwriter who works with Devious (The Bounce Factory) has been catching waves with his latest production and remixes.

On the other side of the genre, Blaqnmild excites the clubs with new viral RNB bounce releases from Tweet (Subtweet Shawn), Treety, and Niq.

Devious also unveils eclectic artists such as Allay Earhart who recently opened for Lil Wayne in Dallas on his current tour. The songwriting team Highest Frequencies has released an EP Dedicated catering to easy listening styles. Devious also added BellaADonna, another versatile RNB artist with catchy video “Say My Name” and a danceable bop “Work Me” to the songwriting team.

Devious and Blaqnmild have been working with each other since 2011 creating regional hits like You Sleep Out Here featuring Kevin Gates and many more. The two friends scored top Billboard spots with Nice For What by Drake and Cardi B Invasion of Privacy on the same day. “You never know what energy exists between you and another person,” said Devious.
“It’s a historical story,” said Blaqnmild.

Neither one of these New Orleans creatives knew they would gain traction and make a serious impact with national artists such as Drake, Cardi B, King Combs, City Girls, Lil Duval, and more.

Devious is also linked with super producer and distribution executive Donald “XL” Robertson. XL provides distribution and label services. The two childhood friends have plans on supporting serious minded artists from New Orleans and globally through their expertise and platforms.

The story gets better. Blaqnmild and Devious are credited with tracks 6 (Break My Soul) and 7 (Church Girl) on Beyoncé Renaissance album. What one might think is coincidental appears to be destiny. Good things continue to be in store for New Orleans.
